2nd shift Cherry Picker / Reach Forklift Operator

Job description:

We are currently hiring experienced warehouse associates for a well-established automotive parts distribution company in Aurora, IL. This company specializes in shipping and distributing car parts nationwide and is looking for dependable associates who have strong outbound warehouse experience and are confident operating Cherry Pickers and Reach Trucks in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate Cherry Picker and Reach forklifts safely and efficiently
• Perform outbound order picking using RF scanners
• Pick and pull automotive/car parts accurately based on customer orders
• Stage, palletize, label, and prepare orders for shipment
• Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and product verification
• Verify SKUs, quantities, and locations to ensure order accuracy
• Replenish inventory as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow warehouse safety procedures at all times
• Assist with other general warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements:

• MUST have recent experience operating a Cherry Picker
• MUST have recent experience operating a Reach Truck
• RF Scanner experience REQUIRED
• Previous outbound/order picking experience REQUIRED
• Inventory and cycle count experience preferred
• Experience working in a distribution or automotive parts warehouse is a plus
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
• Must have reliable transportation and good attendance
• Safety-conscious and detail-oriented
