Your Shift:

• Hours: 1:00 AM - 7:00 AM
• Days: Monday-Sunday (you choose your workdays in the app)
• Pay: $17.50/hour, paid every Friday (daily pay available through EarnIn)
• Location: Graphic Packaging, Marion, OH

What You'll Do:

• Keep the line running - load cartons into machines, check for jams, and follow safety steps.
• Stay active on the floor - this role involves standing, lifting, and bending repetitively throughout your shift.
• Catch quality issues - pay close attention to detail to identify and flag defective items before they move down the line.
• Handle materials - move pallets with a pallet jack, stack and break down cartons, and return unused supplies.
• Support production - help with cleanup, quality checks, and other tasks to keep the team on track.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines
• Able to work independently and follow directions
• Willingness to follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English
