The schedule will be Mondays through Fridays, from 8am until 3pm.</b> SmartStart Education seeks a Student Supervision and Safety Monitor to provide support Monday through Friday at a high school in Bronx, NY. <ul><li>Monitor hallways, student restrooms, cafeteria, and other common areas to ensure appropriate behavior and enforcing school safety rules. </li><li>Support student movement during class transitions to ensure timely arrival to class. </li><li>Assist with lunch supervision and maintain an orderly cafeteria environment. </li><li>Address student behavior concerns using verbal redirection and de-escalation strategies. </li><li>Intervene in conflicts and assist in breaking up student altercations when necessary, following school protocols. </li><li>Communicate concerns and incidents promptly to administrators and appropriate staff.</li><li>Build positive rapport with students while modeling respectful and professional behavior.</li><li>Provide general support to administrators and staff as needed.</li><li>Other duties assigned by the administration. </li></ul> <b>Salary Range: $122.43 to $134.68 per day</b> <b>Qualified Candidates: </b> If you believe that this position aligns with your qualifications and showcases your exceptional skills, we kindly request your confirmation regarding your ability to meet the following minimum requirements: <ul><li>Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution in any field is mandatory.
