<b>Find your calling at Mercy!</b> <p></p>Respiratory Care is the practice of the principles, techniques, psychology and theories of cardiopulmonary medicine under the verbal or written direction or prescription of a licensed physician and/or under the supervision of a qualified medical director.<p></p> <b>Position Details:</b> <p></p><p> Mercy Hospital Southeast </p><p> <b>Shift: Night Shift - Full Time</b> </p><p></p><p> <b>Qualifications:</b> </p><ul><li><p><b>Experience:</b> Prefer critical care experience.</p></li><li><p><b>Required Education:</b> Graduate of CoArc approved Respiratory Care program.</p></li><li><p><b>Certifications:</b> Hold the Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential awarded by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC). For co-workers who work in the Emergency Room PALS is required. Acute Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.</p></li><li><p><b>Licensure:</b> Meets state licensure requirements and has a current Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license.</p></li><li><p><b>Other:</b> Physical demands are attached plus push, pull, and grip up to 50 lbs. Plus, pinch up to 10 lbs., kneel, crouch, and crawl minimally.
