Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.<p></p> <b>Position Details:</b> <p></p><p><b> Physical Therapist-North County Hazelwood </b></p><p><b> 755 Dunn Rd <br /> Hazelwood, MO <br /> United States of America </b></p><p></p><p><b> Shift: </b></p><p><b> Days </b></p><p><b> Mon/Wed 8:30Am-6:00 PM, Tue/Th 7:30am-5:00 PM, Fri 8:00am-12:00 PM </b></p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Education</b>: Bachelor, Master of Science in Physical Therapy or Doctor of Physical Therapy.</p><p><b>Licensure</b>: Current/Temporary license of Physical Therapy in state of practice.<br /><b>Certifications</b>: BLS certified. Required certifications must be current before being assigned to care for patients independently.<br /><b>Preferred Experience</b>: Six months to one year of experience as a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist.
