<p><strong>JOB DESCRIPTION</strong></p> <p>Bathhouse is seeking a proactive, skilled, and hands-on Facilities Engineer to help keep our spaces safe, functional, and beautifully maintained. This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day upkeep, repair, and preventative maintenance of our building - helping ensure guests have a seamless, high-quality experience every time they visit.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>RESPONSIBILITES</strong></p> <ul> <li>Perform routine inspections of interior and exterior areas to identify maintenance needs.</li> <li>Conduct preventative maintenance on systems, including HVAC, pools, saunas, steam, plumbing, and kitchen equipment.</li> <li>Troubleshoot and complete repair projects efficiently and safely.</li> <li>Maintain clean, organized, and safe back-of-house and mechanical spaces.</li> <li>Respond promptly to maintenance requests and communicate timelines clearly.</li> <li>Track and manage repair tickets and update work logs accurately.</li> <li>Assist with equipment setup, replacements, and improvement projects.</li> <li>Support safety procedures, including employee safety training and emergency protocols.</li> <li>Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and parts; notify leadership when restocking is needed.</li> <li>Collaborate with operations, housekeeping, and hospitality teams to support facility standards.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p> <ul> <li>Apprenticeship experience in trades such as plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, etc.</li> <li> 4 years of experience in facilities maintenance, building operations, or a similar role (hospitality or spa environment a plus).</li> <li>Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.</li> <li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Able to work independently and prioritize tasks without constant supervision.</li> <li>Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.</li> <li>Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs and perform essential physical duties.</li> <li>Certifications such as Certified Pool Operator, CPR, and First Aid are a plus (or willingness to obtain).</li> <li>Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.</li> <li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-touch environment with a hands-on approach.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>COMPENSATION & BENEFITS</strong></p> <ul> <li>Hourly Rate: $30 - $32/hour.</li> <li>Medical, Vision, and Dental insurance available for full-time employees.</li> <li>Complimentary unlimited admission to Bathhouse.</li> <li>Three "Plus One" guest passes per month.</li> <li>50% discount on services, retail products, and restaurant offerings.</li> </ul> <p> </p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?dpr4eHGj%2bcX2bl7Gy7se7Dbi63rwK7d%2bl" width="0" height="0" />
