Overview: <p>Provides administrative leadership and operational support for the delivery of professional nursing care within the Department of Nursing and Patient Services.</p> Responsibilities: <p>Provides administrative leadership and operational support for the delivery of professional nursing care within the Department of Nursing and Patient Services.</p><p> </p><p>Responsible for strategic planning, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of systems that support professional nursing practice and align with the organization's goals and nursing vision.</p><p> </p><p>Maintains 24/7 accountability for unit operations, ensuring high-quality, safe, and efficient patient care.</p><p>Leads and supports staff in achieving the organization's mission of excellence in patient care and advancing nursing practice through autonomy, accountability, patient advocacy, and innovation within a collaborative, trust-driven environment.</p> Qualifications: <ul><li>Minimum of five (5) years of professional nursing experience required, with prior Emergency Department (ED) experience preferred.</li><li>Demonstrated leadership or management experience required.</li><li>Master's degree in Nursing required, or must be obtained within three (3) years of hire.</li><li>National nursing board certification in a relevant specialty required, or must be obtained per VP/AVP agreement.</li><li>Proven leadership and management competencies, including knowledge and application of advanced nursing practice, continuous quality improvement (CQI), care delivery models, healthcare systems, and budget management.</li></ul><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?8oLC%2fwVESyAOh2XcAJny3PB9cbI3a2MNn" width="0" height="0" />
