Apply now to jumpstart your skilled craft career! </p><p> <br> </p><p> <strong>Markets Hiring:</strong><br>Philadelphia, PA, Dover, DE, Richmond, VA, Williamsburg, VA, Newport News, VA </p><p> <br> </p><p> <strong>Salary Range:</strong><br> • $20 - $50 per hour (depending on experience) </p><p> <br> </p><p> <strong>Benefits:</strong><br> • Paid Time Off<br> • Medical<br> • Retirement </p><p> <br> </p><p> <strong>Experience & Education/Certification:</strong><br> • 1 year field experience repairing heavy construction equipment required<br> • High school diploma, GED, or trade school preferred<br> • Valid driver's license required<br> • Must be able to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends </p><p> <br> </p><p> <strong>Required Skills & Knowledge:</strong><br> • Knowledge of heavy construction machinery components including diesel engines, power transmissions, hydrostatic drives, and hydraulic systems<br> • Diagnostic capabilities with hydraulic, electrical, and engine systems<br> • Ability to make repair decisions quickly and rationally<br> • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive material<br> • Schedule work, recommend equipment downtime, and order parts as needed<br> • Ability to give and receive written or oral instructions<br> • Ability to work independently and safely<br> • Basic skills in stick or MIG welding (or both)<br> • Basic skills with OXY/Acetylene torch </p><p> <br> </p><p> <strong>Here's what you'll be doing:</strong><br> • Repair and maintain production equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation<br> • Provide technical support to technicians or service personnel via phone, email, or on-site<br> • Communicate effectively with field personnel and dispatch<br> • Ensure quality repairs to minimize repeat work<br> • Follow all governmental and company safety policies<br> • Comply with Human Resources policies<br> • Review tool requirements to improve efficiency<br> • Report deficiencies to improve preventive maintenance programs<br> • Participate in technical training and share knowledge with team members<br> • Coordinate with dispatch and parts personnel for timely parts delivery<br> • Collaborate with internal departments, field managers, and mechanics<br> • Maintain required personal tools (company does not provide standard tools)<br> • Keep service truck clean and organized<br> • Comply with all Trimble/Telogis regulations </p><p><br></p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?gv3MZzQopeo1T5PjdEIc2Z8d66jDi6c%2bh" width="0" height="0" />
