What We Offer: <p> Registered Nurses in the Float Pool are responsible for providing continuous quality patient care in a variety of settings. The Float Pool RN is part of a resource team that is assigned to varying units during their shift to ensure that patient care needs are met. These RNs possess the skills, competency and qualifications, as well as a requirement to work in several different clinical areas. This group shall be known as the Float Pool. These employees are a part of Patient Care Services. </p> What We're Looking For: <ul><li> <strong>Education</strong>: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. BSN. </li><li> <strong>Experience</strong>: Two years, required. ICU/CCU experience required. </li><li> <strong>Licensure/Certification:</strong> Current compact RN licensure in appropriate state, required.
